The DCH Foundation Announces the Benjamin Ladner Nursing Excellence Tuition Assistance Program

National Doctor's Day is the perfect opportunity to say "thank you" to those who have taken care of you and your family over the years. The DCH Foundation invites you to help recognize the difference our physicians make every day with a contribution in honor of your doctor.

For a minimum gift of $25, the doctor you honored will receive a Doctor's Day card acknowledging your gift by name. The amount of your gift will remain confidential.
