A comprehensive list of the funds we support
The DCH Breast Cancer Fund
This fund, created in 2004, helps uninsured women in the West Alabama community with mammograms, additional testing if needed, and personal items (wigs, prostheses, etc.) if they are diagnosed with cancer.
The DCH Family Fund
This fund provides financial support to DCH Regional Medical Center and Northport Medical Center employees who are experiencing times of extreme hardship caused by a natural disaster or catastrophic personal circumstances.
The DCH Patient Impact Grants Fund
This fund provides support to the health system’s most urgent needs.
DCH Sports Medicine Fund
DCH SportsMedicine offers complete health care assistance for athletes of all ages and levels of participation. By providing athletic trainers at athletic events, we are helping to ensure your athlete a quick and safe return to play.
The Fast Forward Fund
This fund will allow departments to decrease the time spent on paying for new equipment by easily alloting money towards the needed item and will fast-track advancements in order to provide the best possible care for our community.
The Finn & Quinley Infant and Children’s Fund
Founded in memory of premature infants Finn and Quinley McInerney, this fund has been able to provide specialized equipment, education and services to our neonatal intensive care (NICU), maternal/child and pediatrics units.
The Heart Fund
The DCH Heart Fund is in the building stage, so that needed equipment and projects may be purchased in the near future.
The Help and Hope Patient Assistance Fund
This fund provides financial assistance to current Lewis and Faye Manderson Cancer Center patients struggling to make ends meet while undergoing treatment. This includes assistance with medications, household bills and transportation to and from treatment.
The Home Health Fund
This fund provides much-needed home medical supplies and patient assistance for DCH Home Health patients who otherwise might not be able to afford them.

The Pettus Randall Pastoral Care Fund
The Pastoral Care Program, named in memory of H. Pettus Randall, III, supports the Lewis & Faye Manderson Cancer Center, and is responsible for serving the spiritual and emotional needs of patients, their families and employees.

The DCH Foundation provides numerous scholarships annually to students pursuing a career in healthcare.
